Aryan’s Emotional Post: Aryan shared a long, two-page post on their social media account, narrating their painful story. They mentioned how they were inspired to join the game by watching their father play. And along with that, they worked day and night to make their mark on the 22-yard pitch.
However, they expressed sadness over the lack of rules regarding transgender women playing with women cricketers. The former cricketer’s son said that they never thought they would be separated from a game they loved so much. Aryan mentioned that after undergoing hormone replacement therapy, their body has undergone several changes and their muscle power and strength have decreased significantly.
Questions Raised About Rules: Aryan also questioned the lack of proper rules for transgender women cricketers. They wrote, “I am not leaving this game because I lack talent, but I am being forced to stay away from this game due to the lack of rules.” At the end of their post, Aryan demanded that transgender women should also get enough opportunities to play this game and showcase their skills.
