Special Lok Adalat to be held from 29 July, 2024 to 03 August, 2024 in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India

As per information received from Punjab State Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar, Special Lok Adalat is going to be held in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India from 29 July, 2024 to 03 August, 2024.
In this regard, a meeting was conducted by Ms Manni Arora,CJM/Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala. During this meeting, She told that if any case is pending in Hon’ble Supereme Court of India and other party wants to settle the dispute amicably in Special Lok Adalat, party can contact the office of District Legal Services Authority, Patiala or on phone number 0174-2306500 before 28th of July, 2024. Ms Arora told that in this Special Lok Adalat, Cheque Bounce Cases, Money Recovery cases, Labour disputes, Maintenance Cases, Criminal compoundable Cases and other Civil disputes, MACT Cases, Matrimonial disputes, Land Acquisition cases, Service matters relating to pay and allowances, retirement benefits, Cases relating to Rent, Mortgage, disputes relating to consumer, Transfer petitions (Civil and Criminal), Academic Disputes and matters related to compensation will be taken up.
