Australian opener Travis Head continued his impressive form in the first T20I against England, scoring 30 runs off one over and contributing to a 28-run victory.
Head’s remarkable innings against Sam Curran included three fours and three sixes, helping Australia reach a total of 179. This proved too much for England, who were bowled out for 151.
Head’s achievement ties an Australian men’s record for most runs in a T20I over, joining the likes of Ricky Ponting, Daniel Christian, and Mitch Marsh.
