  • Among Indian players, Shafali Verma came closest to winning the Orange Cap, finishing third in WPL 2024 with 309 runs .
  • Other notable performances include Harmanpreet Kaur (4th in 2023) and Smriti Mandhana (4th in 2024), who have consistently been among the top run-scorers.
