91% Complaint Resolution! PSPCL Lineman Amit Kumar Sets Benchmark in Digital Redressal

In a major push towards transparency and efficient public service delivery, the Punjab Government has made it mandatory to close all consumer complaints online through dedicated mobile applications and digital platforms.

Under this initiative, field staff of PSPCL have actively embraced the digital system to ensure prompt and accountable grievance redressal. Setting a remarkable example, Shri Amit Kumar, Lineman posted in Civil Line Sub-Division (Tech), Model Town Division, Patiala, achieved an impressive 91% closure rate of consumer complaints through the online app during February 2026.
