– ADC (Rural Development) Damanjit Singh Mann Appeals to Public to Attend in Large Numbers
Patiala, October 30:
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Rural Development) Damanjit Singh Mann has urged all residents of Patiala district to arrive in large numbers at Polo Ground, Patiala, on November 4 to pay tributes through a Light and Sound Show organized by the Punjab Government in honor of the 350th martyrdom anniversary of the Ninth Sikh Guru and “Hind Di Chadar,” Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
This evening, ADC Mann reviewed preparations for the Light and Sound Show scheduled from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM on November 4 at Polo Ground. He held a coordination meeting with the event agency, police, and civil administration officials.

Mann informed that thousands of devotees from across Patiala district are expected to attend, and duties have been assigned to ensure all arrangements are completed on time. He added that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is organizing a series of events statewide. In Patiala, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Dr. Preeti Yadav, programs will continue after November 4.
ADC Mann appealed to the public to arrive on time with their families to witness the Light and Sound Show and learn about the life, philosophy, and supreme sacrifice of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
Present on the occasion were SP(D) Palwinder Singh Cheema, HS Mann, SDM Richa Goel and Harjot Kaur Mavi, District Sports Officer Navjot Dhaliwal, and other district officials from various departments.
