Patiala, June 24:
Patiala Urban MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli today inaugurated and dedicated to the public a newly constructed road near Verma Bakery beneath the 22 Number Railway Crossing Bridge, built at a cost of approximately ₹50 lakh.
Addressing residents during the inauguration ceremony, MLA Kohli said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the Punjab Government is continuously undertaking development projects to strengthen infrastructure across cities and villages in the state. He emphasized that providing better roads, sewerage facilities, drinking water, and other essential amenities remains a top priority of the government.
He stated that the new road will significantly improve transportation facilities for local residents and enhance the overall appearance of the area. He also assured that a series of development projects aimed at the comprehensive growth of Patiala city will continue in the future.

Present on the occasion were Municipal Corporation Councillors Harman Sandhu (Ward No. 50), Itvinder Singh Luthra (Ward No. 56), Kavaljit Kaur Jaggi (Ward No. 55), Block President Jagtar Jaggi, and several other dignitaries.
Local residents expressed their gratitude to MLA Kohli and the Punjab Government for successfully completing the development project and improving civic infrastructure in the area.
