Remembering Rajvir Jawanda’s Legacy, Gavie Chahal Foundation’s Impact on Stray Animal Welfare

In a heartfelt tribute to the late renowned singer Rajvir Jawanda, who tragically lost his life in a road accident caused by stray animals, Bollywood actor Gavie Chahal and his associates organized a march in Patiala today. The march, held under the banner of the Gavie Chahal Foundation, proceeded from the Mahatma Gandhi statue to Sewa Singh Thikriwala Chowk. The event also launched an awareness campaign to address the issue of stray animals and prevent such accidents. The march began with a two-minute silence to honor Jawanda’s memory.

Addressing the gathering, Gavye Chahal emphasized the urgent need to tackle the stray animal problem, which claims numerous lives in road accidents daily. “The tragic death of Rajvir Jawanda due to stray animals has deeply shaken us all. Beyond mourning, we must take proactive steps to prevent such incidents by addressing the stray animal issue collectively,” he said.
Chahal urged the public to actively participate in this cause across all platforms. As part of the initiative, the Gavie Chahal Foundation launched an online petition on its website, gavychahalfoundation.com, inviting everyone to support and join the campaign. Expressing satisfaction with the enthusiastic response during the march, Chahal thanked all participants for their support.
