Patiala MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli today inaugurated the construction of roads in Ablowal, Ward No. 1, with a budget of approximately ₹2.25 crore. He was accompanied by Municipal Corporation Mayor Kundan Gogia, Ward No. 1 Councillor Sonia Das, Ward No. 59 Incharge Veerpal Kaur Chahil, and Supervisory Engineer Rajinder Chopra.
MLA Kohli stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the Punjab Government is focusing on the comprehensive development of Patiala. He emphasized his commitment to addressing public issues through all necessary measures, ensuring he remains dedicated to serving the people.

Kohli announced that road construction has begun on a large scale across all wards and will be completed swiftly. He also noted that the pipeline installation for canal water supply in Patiala is nearing completion, with expectations that residents will have access to this facility by March next year.
On this occasion, local leaders from Ablowal Main Road, including Hiramani Sharma (President), Ghumman Singh Fauji, Gurdarshan Singh Jaildar Ablowal, Desraj Ablowal, Sham Singh Ablowal, Jagmohan Singh Naulkha (President), Vijender Singh Chauhan, and Gurmeet Singh Deol (President, New Century Enclave B), along with Surinder Singh Negi, expressed their gratitude to MLA Kohli and honored him with a siropa for initiating the road construction work.
